Right leg, thigh, still cramping. Went to the gym to stretch it out. Gym was full of scoccer players. The trainer came over to me and said in english that they would only be a few more minutes. I said that was OK, I just need to stretch out a cramp. He then showed me some stretches that would help. Been doing them often tonight, it is helping.
Other symptoms are remaining the same.
